At TOV Furniture, we want you to love your new statement piece; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unassembled condition. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee will apply to all eligible furniture returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to start your return process and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in all original packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label or coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to collect the item from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the item and confirms it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
